Clients
The Clients page shows every user who signed up through your white-label app. You can search, view details, and manage their accounts.
Client List
The main table displays:

| Name | Client’s first and last name |
| Registered email address | |
| Company | Business or company name |
| Plan | Current subscription plan name and status |
| WABA | Whether they have a WhatsApp Business Account connected |
| Joined | Date the client registered |
| Status | Account status (Active, Inactive, or Pending) |
Searching Clients
Use the search bar at the top to find clients by:
- Name
- Company name
- Phone number
- WABA ID
Client Detail Page
Click View on any client to open their full profile. The detail page shows:
Profile Information
- Full name, email, mobile number
- Company name and industry
- Country and timezone
- Email and mobile verification status
Subscription Details
- Current plan name and billing cycle
- Plan status (Active, Expired, Trial, None)
- Plan purchase and expiry dates
- Trial end date (if applicable)
WABA Information
- Connected WABA ID and phone number
- WABA status and provider type
- Phone number ID
Wallet
- Current wallet balance
- Recent billing transactions
How Clients Join
Clients register through your branded app:
- If you have a custom domain (e.g.,
app.yourbrand.com), clients sign up there - If not, clients sign up at
app.splashifypro.comand are automatically linked to your reseller account based on the domain or referral
When a client signs up on your custom domain:
- They see your branding (logo, colors, brand name)
- They can only see plans you’ve configured
- Payments go through your payment gateway
- Support tickets are routed to you
Note: You cannot create client accounts manually. Clients must self-register through the app. You can, however, manage their subscriptions and account status after they sign up.
