Wallet

Your reseller wallet is the central balance that covers wholesale costs when clients purchase plans and add-ons. Keep it funded to ensure uninterrupted service.

How the Wallet Works

  1. You recharge your wallet by contacting the platform admin
  2. When a client purchases a plan, the wholesale cost is deducted from your wallet
  3. When a client purchases an add-on, the wholesale cost is deducted
  4. If your wallet balance is insufficient, the client’s purchase will fail

Example Flow

Your Wallet Balance: ₹5,000 Client buys Growth Plan: -₹200 (wholesale cost) Remaining Balance: ₹4,800 Client pays you: ₹500 (your selling price) Your Profit: ₹300

The ₹500 client payment goes through your payment gateway directly to you. Only the ₹200 wholesale cost is deducted from your reseller wallet.

Keeping Your Wallet Funded

  • Monitor your balance regularly on the dashboard
  • Plan for upcoming client renewals — if 10 clients renew a ₹200 plan, you need ₹2,000 available
  • Contact the platform admin to recharge your wallet before it runs low

Important: If your wallet balance reaches zero, new client purchases and renewals will fail. Existing client subscriptions remain active, but no new activations can occur until you recharge.
