Profile & Security
The Profile page lets you update your account information and secure your account with two-factor authentication.
Profile Information
Edit your basic account details:

| Mobile Number | Your contact phone number |
| Country Code | Phone number country code |
Click Save Changes to update your profile.
Change Password
Update your account password:
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter a New Password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm New Password
- Click Update Password
Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Recommended: mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account using a TOTP authenticator app.
Enabling 2FA
- Click Enable 2FA in the security section
- A QR code is displayed
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
- 1Password
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Click Verify and Enable
Once enabled, you’ll need to enter a code from your authenticator app every time you log in.
Disabling 2FA
- Click Disable 2FA
- Enter your account password to confirm
- Click Confirm Disable
Lost Your Authenticator?
If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact the platform admin to reset your 2FA. You’ll need to verify your identity.
Account Information
The profile page also displays read-only account details:

| Created | When your reseller account was created |
| GST Number | Your tax registration number (if applicable) |
Tip: Always enable 2FA on your reseller account. As a reseller, your account controls billing, client data, and payment gateway credentials — protecting it is critical.
