Plans & Pricing

The Plans page lets you set your own selling prices for platform plans. Each plan has a wholesale price (what you pay) and a selling price (what your clients pay). The difference is your profit.

How Plan Pricing Works

Client pays:    Selling Price (set by you)
You pay:        Wholesale Price (set by platform admin)
Your profit:    Selling Price - Wholesale Price

For example:

  • Wholesale Price: ₹200/month
  • Your Selling Price: ₹500/month
  • Your Profit: ₹300/month per client

Viewing Plans

The plans table shows:

Customizing a Plan

Click the edit icon on any plan to open the customization modal:

Editable Fields

Utility Markup %Per-plan override for WhatsApp utility conversation markup
Auth Markup %Per-plan override for WhatsApp authentication conversation markup

Conversation Markup

Per-plan markup overrides let you charge different conversation rates for different plans. If set to 0, the global markup from Markup Settings is used.

For example, you might offer lower conversation rates on premium plans to incentivize upgrades.

Pricing Rules

  • Selling price must be >= wholesale price — the system prevents selling below cost
  • If the platform admin changes the wholesale price, your existing selling price remains unchanged, but you cannot set it below the new wholesale
  • Tax is calculated on the selling price and added during checkout
  • Plans are inherited from the platform — you cannot create entirely new plans, only customize existing ones

What Clients See

On the plan selection page, your clients see:

  • Your custom plan name
  • Your selling price (with tax if configured)
  • Plan features inherited from the platform
  • Any applicable coupons they can apply

Tip: If you want to hide a plan from clients, you can disable it. Only active, customized plans with a selling price are shown to your clients.
