The dashboard provides a real-time overview of your reseller business performance.
Key Metrics
The top row shows four headline numbers:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Clients | Number of users registered under your reseller account |
| Active Subscriptions | Clients currently on a paid plan |
| Wallet Balance | Your available reseller wallet balance |
| Open Tickets | Support tickets awaiting your response |
Below the client count, you’ll see how many new clients joined this month.
Revenue Breakdown
The second row breaks down your earnings:
| Metric | How It’s Calculated |
|---|---|
| Messages Sent | Total charged messages across all clients in the last 30 days |
| Subscription Profit | (Your selling price - wholesale price) x number of active clients per plan |
| Message Profit | Sum of your markup on every message billed in the last 30 days |
| Total Profit | Subscription profit + message profit |
Example
If you sell a plan at ₹500/month with a wholesale cost of ₹200, and you have 10 active clients on that plan:
- Subscription Profit = (₹500 - ₹200) x 10 = ₹3,000/month
If your WhatsApp marketing markup is 20% and the base cost is ₹0.80 per conversation, clients pay ₹0.96. For 5,000 messages:
- Message Profit = (₹0.96 - ₹0.80) x 5,000 = ₹800
Trend Charts (Last 30 Days)
Four interactive charts show daily trends:
- Messages Sent — Bar chart of daily message volume across all clients
- Message Profit — Area chart showing daily markup earnings
- New Clients — Bar chart of daily client signups
- Wallet Recharges — Area chart of your wallet top-ups
Hover over any data point to see the exact value for that day.
