Getting Started

This guide walks you through logging into the reseller panel and understanding the interface.

Logging In

  1. Go to panel.splashifypro.com 
  2. Enter your email and password provided during reseller onboarding
  3. If you have 2FA enabled, enter your authenticator code when prompted
  4. Click Sign In

You can also sign in with Google if your account is linked.

Forgot Password

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link
  4. Set a new password (minimum 8 characters)

The sidebar on the left gives you access to every feature:

First Steps After Login

  1. Set up branding — Upload your logo and set your brand color so clients see your brand, not Splashify Pro
  2. Configure a payment gateway — Set up Razorpay, PhonePe, or PayU so clients can pay you directly
  3. Customize plan pricing — Review the wholesale prices and set your selling prices
  4. Connect a custom domain (optional) — Point your domain to the platform for a fully white-labeled experience
  5. Recharge your wallet — Ensure you have enough balance to cover wholesale costs when clients subscribe

Important: Your reseller wallet must have sufficient balance to cover the wholesale cost whenever a client purchases a plan. If your wallet is empty, client purchases will fail.
