Splashify Pro Developer Terms

1. Ask only for what you need

Ask only for the permissions your app really uses, and use them only for what you told the customer. Do not ask for more "just in case".

2. Follow the rules and the law

Follow the WhatsApp Business rules, anti-spam rules and the law where you and your customers work, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Send messages only to people who agreed to get them from the business, and stop when they ask you to.

3. Keep secrets and tokens safe

Keep your client secrets, access tokens and refresh tokens on your server, encrypted where you store them. Never put them in a browser, a mobile app or a public code repository. If one leaks, delete or revoke it at once and tell us.

4. Be open about data

Have a privacy policy that says what you do with the data your app reads or sends, and link it on your app. Use the data only to give the customer the service they connected you for. When a customer removes your app and asks you to delete their data, delete it.

5. Do not resell access

Do not sell, rent or share the access a customer gave your app, and do not let another app or person use your tokens.

6. Charges

Every message your app sends is charged to the customer's Splashify Pro account at their normal rates. Connect with Splashify Pro is free for developers. Do not hide from a customer that your app sends messages that cost them money.

7. True company details

The company details you send for review must be true, and the legal name must be your company's real legal name. Do not pretend to be another company or person.

8. Keep your developer account safe

Use a strong password, turn on two-step sign-in, and do not share your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if someone else gets in.

9. Names

Pick an app name that is your own. We may rename an app whose name copies another company, product or app, and we tell you by email when we do.

10. What we may do

We may limit, suspend or remove an app or a developer account that breaks these terms or puts customers at risk, if needed without notice. We tell you why by email. We may change our API, the permissions and the limits; we tell you ahead of changes that affect working apps when we can.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We tell you by email before a change takes effect. If you keep using your developer account or your apps after that, you accept the new terms.
