Message status API

Read whether a WhatsApp message you sent through the API was sent, delivered, read or failed. Use the id from the send answer and the phone number you sent it to. Works with your API key and with a connected app token that has the whatsapp.messages:send permission.

`phone` (query)	The number the message went to, with country code, digits only

`status`	Meaning
`initiated`	We accepted the message and are sending it
`sent`	WhatsApp accepted it
`delivered`	It reached the phone
`read`	The customer opened it (only when they have read receipts on)
`failed`	It could not be delivered; `error` says why

Times that have not happened yet are null.

A connected app sees only the messages it sent itself. Messages sent with the account's API key, from the inbox or by a broadcast answer 404 to an app.

Poll gently: once a minute is plenty for most uses. Delivery usually takes seconds; read can take days or never come.
