Navigate to Analytics in the sidebar, or go to:

The main analytics page shows:
Message Summary
| Metric | Description |

| Total Messages | All messages sent and received |
| Inbound Messages | Messages received from contacts |
| Outbound Messages | Messages sent by your team/bots |
| Broadcast Messages | Messages sent via broadcast campaigns |
| Template Messages | Template-based messages sent |
Conversation Stats

Filter analytics by:

Trend Charts
View message volume trends as line charts:
- Daily message volume
- Conversation open/close rate
- Broadcast reach over time
Activity Logs
View a detailed log of all actions taken by your team:
- Go to Activity Logs in the sidebar
- Filter by:
- Date range
- Action type
- Team member
- See who did what and when
