The Analytics section gives you visibility into your messaging volume, conversation trends, and team performance.

Navigate to Analytics in the sidebar, or go to:

The main analytics page shows:

Message Summary

Conversation Stats

Time Range Filters

Filter analytics by:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Custom date range

Trend Charts

View message volume trends as line charts:

  • Daily message volume
  • Conversation open/close rate
  • Broadcast reach over time

Activity Logs

View a detailed log of all actions taken by your team:

  1. Go to Activity Logs in the sidebar
  2. Filter by:
    • Date range
    • Action type
    • Team member
  3. See who did what and when
