Wallet

Your Splashify Pro wallet is a prepaid balance used to pay for:

  • WhatsApp message costs (per conversation/message based on Meta pricing)
  • RCS message costs
  • WhatsApp calling (per minute)
  • AI credits (for Chat AI Agent usage)

Check Balance

Your current wallet balance is shown in the top header bar of the app.

View Transactions

  1. Go to Wallet in the sidebar
  2. See all wallet transactions:
    • Recharges
    • Message deductions
    • Failed message refunds
    • AI credit purchases

Recharge Wallet

  1. Go to Wallet
  2. Click + Add Balance
  3. Enter the amount you want to add
  4. Complete payment via Zoho Payments (UPI, cards, net banking)
  5. Balance reflects immediately after payment confirmation

Billing Information

Set your billing address for invoice generation (required for GST invoices in India):

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Fill in:
    • Legal business name
    • GSTIN (if GST-registered)
    • Billing address
    • GST certificate upload
  3. Click Save

Invoices

Download monthly invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Invoices
  2. Find the month you need
  3. Click Download PDF

Invoices include:

  • Itemized charges (messages, addons, plan)
  • GST breakdown (for Indian businesses)
  • Payment reference

Low Balance Alert

When your wallet falls below a threshold, a Low Balance Dialog appears prompting you to recharge. You can also enable email alerts for low balance at Settings → Notifications.

Plan-Based Pricing

Message costs vary based on your subscription plan:

  • Higher-tier plans have lower per-message rates
  • Check Settings → Subscriptions to compare plans

Track Expenses

For a detailed breakdown of message costs by day:

  1. Go to Track Expenses in the sidebar (or Settings → Track Expenses)
  2. View:
    • Daily/weekly/monthly spend
    • Cost per message category (marketing, utility, auth)
    • Trend charts
    • Itemized billing log
