Subscriptions
Manage your active subscription plan and add-ons.
Navigate to Settings → Subscriptions.
Your Current Plan
The Subscriptions page shows:
- Plan name and billing cycle (monthly / quarterly / yearly)
- Plan expiry date
- Included features (contacts limit, team members, templates)
- Add-ons currently active
Upgrade or Change Plan
- Go to Plans in the sidebar (or navigate to
/plans/whatsapp) - Browse available plans
- Click Upgrade or Switch Plan
- Complete payment via Zoho Payments

Add-Ons
Purchase add-ons to extend your plan:

Add-ons auto-renew aligned to your plan’s billing cycle.
Cancel or Pause
To cancel your subscription, contact support@splashifypro.in. There is no self-service cancellation — this ensures your data and configuration are preserved.
