CTWA Ads (Click-to-WhatsApp)
Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads let customers start a WhatsApp conversation with your business directly from a Facebook or Instagram ad.
Navigate to CTWA Settings
Go to Settings → CTWA Ads or:

- Customer sees your Facebook/Instagram ad
- They click the “Send Message” or “WhatsApp” button
- WhatsApp opens a conversation with your business
- A message is automatically sent identifying the ad source
- Splashify Pro logs the ad source and can trigger a dedicated chatbot flow
Connect Meta Ads
- Go to Settings → CTWA Ads
- Click Connect Meta Account
- Complete the Facebook OAuth flow
- Select your Ad Account
- Your ads are synced and listed
CTWA Ads Dashboard
After connecting, the CTWA dashboard shows:

| Ad Name | The Facebook/Instagram ad name |
| Impressions | How many times the ad was shown |
| Clicks | How many people clicked the WhatsApp button |
| Conversations Started | How many actually messaged you |
| Conversion Rate | Clicks → Conversations percentage |
CAPI Integration (Conversion API)
Connect Meta’s Conversions API (CAPI) to track conversion events back to Meta for better ad optimization:
- Go to Settings → CTWA Ads
- Click Configure CAPI
- Enter your Meta Pixel ID and CAPI Access Token
- Enable the events to track:
ViewContent— Customer viewed a productLead— Contact added a tag like “lead”Purchase— Customer made a payment
CAPI events are sent to Meta automatically when the configured conditions are met.
CTWA + Chatbot Flow
Combine CTWA with Workflow Bots for automatic lead handling:
- Create a Workflow Bot with the On Message trigger
- Select For Specific Ads and enter the ad’s Source ID
- When a customer clicks your ad and messages you, the bot automatically engages them with a personalized flow
This lets you:
- Greet customers with context about which ad they clicked
- Qualify leads automatically
- Route to the right team member based on ad campaign
