Splashify Pro Voice AI is a 24/7 AI receptionist for your WhatsApp Business number. When a customer calls, the AI picks up, has a real conversation, and acts on what they ask:
- Captures leads — saves the caller’s name + phone to your Contacts
- Schedules callbacks — adds reminders to your dashboard
- Books appointments — for booking-template agents
- Creates support tickets — for support-template agents
- Tags contacts — segment leads for follow-up
- Sends WhatsApp follow-ups — auto-message after the call ends
- Transfers to a human — when the call needs personal attention
- Answers from your knowledge base — uploaded PDFs / docs / images
The agent speaks Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and more — switching languages naturally when the caller does.
How it works
- You configure an agent — voice, greeting, system prompt, knowledge base, which tools it’s allowed to use.
- Caller dials your WhatsApp Business number — anyone with your phone in their contacts can WhatsApp-call you.
- The AI answers — within 2-3 seconds of pickup.
- Real conversation happens — caller asks questions, the AI answers grounded in your uploaded knowledge base. When the caller asks for something the AI can do (callback, booking, transfer), the agent fires the right tool.
- Call ends — you see a summary, transcript, and every tool the agent used in the Activity tab. Optional follow-up WhatsApp message goes out automatically.
What you’ll need
- An active WhatsApp Business Account on Splashify Pro
- AI Credits in your wallet (₹5/min direct, lower if your provider resells through us — see Pricing)
- A plan that includes Voice AI — the feature is enabled per plan
Quick start
- Go to AI Agents → + Create agent → pick Voice AI Agent
- Set name, voice, languages, and a brief greeting
- (Optional) Upload PDFs / TXT / images to the Knowledge Base tab
- Toggle the tools you want the agent to use on the Tools tab
- Click Test Call in the top-right to talk to the agent in your browser
- Set a fallback phone on the Routing tab for transfers
- Mark the agent as Default voice agent — incoming WhatsApp calls now route to it

Quick reference
- Test Call uses your microphone in the browser. No AI Credits charged. 5-minute hard cap.
- Real calls are billed per second from your AI Credits balance the moment the agent picks up.
- Transcripts + summaries are written automatically after each call ends. Find them on the agent’s Activity tab.
- Tools are off by default. Toggle each one explicitly so the agent only does what you’ve authorised.
- Languages auto-detect during the call. Set the primary language to match your typical caller for best results.
