Connected apps
Some apps you use, like a CRM, a booking tool or a shop builder, can connect to your Splashify Pro account. A connected app can do only what you allowed, for example send WhatsApp messages from your number or read your templates. You can see every connected app and remove any of them at any time.
Connect an app
You start in the other app, usually with a button like Connect Splashify Pro. It sends you to a Splashify Pro page that shows:
- the app's name and logo, and who made it;
- the Splashify Pro account it will connect to;
- what the app will be able to do, in plain words;
- that its messages are charged to your wallet;
- where you go back to after you allow.
Read it, then click Allow to connect, or Cancel. You go back to the other app either way: after Allow you first see Connected, and if the page does not take you back by itself, click Continue.

Verified and unverified apps
- A verified app has a green Verified badge and shows the company that made it. We checked the app and the company.
- Any other app shows by an unverified developer, sometimes with the developer's website domain, and a notice that we have not checked it. Only connect it if you trust it.
An app that is not verified can send up to 500 messages a day from your account. The page tells you when this applies.
Who can connect apps
Only the account owner can connect or remove apps. Team members see "Ask your account owner" and can see the list in Settings. If your plan does not include API access, or no WhatsApp number is connected, the page tells you what to do first.
What it costs
Every message a connected app sends is charged to your wallet at your normal rates, exactly like messages you send yourself. After you allow an app, we email you which app was connected and what it can do. If you did not connect it, remove it at once.
Allowed IPs
If your account only accepts API calls from your allowed IP addresses, a connected app's requests are refused unless they come from one of them. The connect page shows the addresses the app says it uses. Add them in Settings > Allowed IPs.
See your connected apps
Open Settings and click Connected apps (under Analytics & Commerce). Each app has one row that shows:
- its name and who made it, with Verified or Suspended when that applies;
- what it is allowed to do. When it can do more than three things, click +N more to see them all;
- when it was connected, and by whom;
- when it last used your account;
- the Report button and, for the account owner, the Remove button.

Messages a connected app sends show Connected app in your inbox. Connecting and removing apps show in your Activity logs.
Remove an app
Click Remove on the app's row, then Remove again to confirm. The app loses access at once. Anything it already sent stays in your account.

Report an app
If an app does something you did not expect, click Report on the app's row, tell us what went wrong and click Send report. We look into every report. Remove the app too if you do not want it to keep working.
