Voice AI is pay-as-you-go. You recharge AI Credits, the agent deducts in tiny per-second slices the moment a call starts.

Rates

A 3-minute call at the direct rate costs ₹15.

GST applies on AI Credit purchases per the standard rate; the per- second deduction itself doesn’t add tax (GST is captured at the recharge invoice level).

Free trial

When your account has Voice AI enabled, the platform credits ₹50 of free Voice AI minutes on first activation — about 10 minutes at the direct rate. Use it to take real test calls before committing.

How per-second billing works

The moment your agent picks up a real WhatsApp inbound call, a 1-second-tick deduction starts:

deducted per second = (₹5.00 / 60) ≈ ₹0.0833

Each second is logged so you can see exactly where the time went on the call’s Activity entry.

When the wallet runs out

If your AI Credits balance drops below the per-second cost mid-call, the agent gracefully ends the call:

“I need to drop the call now — please give us a call back later.”

You see this on the Activity tab as end_reason = wallet_empty.

Top up AI Credits anytime:

• Sidebar → AI Credits (or visit app.splashifypro.com/ai-credits)
• Pick an amount or enter a custom value
• Pay via UPI / cards / netbanking
• Balance reflects within seconds of payment success

The same AI Credits balance is shared across Voice AI + chat AI agent usage — there’s one wallet, two consumers.

Where to see what you’ve spent

• AI Credits page — running balance + recharge history
• Track Expenses (Settings → Track Expenses) — every per-call summary row showing duration + cost in INR
• Agent Activity tab — per-call cost breakdown including any per-second snapshots

Reseller pricing

If your account was provisioned through a reseller (e.g. you signed up at app.<reseller-brand>.com), your rate is set by the reseller, not the platform default. Your rate appears on the agent’s price calculator card on the Overview tab.

Best practices

• Recharge to ~30 minutes’ worth at minimum — at ₹5/min direct, that’s ₹150. Less than this and a busy hour can run you out mid-call.
• Set up auto-recharge alerts — coming soon. For now, check AI Credits balance once a week if you take regular voice calls.
• Test calls don’t count — explore freely in the Test Call modal before going live.
• Agent transfers to fallback are billed up to the moment of transfer. Once the call routes to your human line, no further AI Credits deduct.
