App tour with Sparky

Sparky is the little guide who shows you around Splashify Pro. The tour points at the main parts of the app one at a time and says in plain words what each one is for.

When the tour starts

The tour starts by itself the first time you sign in to a new account. It does this only once, and only in the first 7 days after the account was made.

Everyone on your team has their own tour. When a teammate signs in for the first time, Sparky shows them around too, and what they do with the tour does not change yours. Sparky remembers where each person is, on any computer they sign in from.

Move through the tour

  1. Read the bubble

    Each step is a speech bubble from Sparky, next to the part of the app it is about.

  2. Go on or go back

    Use the buttons in the bubble to go to the next step, or back to the one before.

  3. Finish

    The last step ends the tour, and you carry on using the app.

Skip the tour

You do not have to take the tour. Skip it from the bubble at any step, and Sparky does not start it by itself again.

Take the tour again

Click Help, then Take the tour with Sparky. The tour starts again from the first step. You can do this whenever you like, also after skipping it.

English or Hindi

Sparky speaks English and Hindi. Use the language switch in the bubble to change it. Your choice is kept for the next time. Only the tour changes language: the rest of the app stays as it is.

Short tours on pages

These pages have a short tour of their own, a few steps about that page only:

  • Messages
  • Contacts
  • Templates
  • Broadcasts
  • Flows

A page tour starts when you open the page and have not seen its tour yet. You can skip it the same way as the main tour.

Show me how to do something

Sparky can also show you how to do one task, such as sending a broadcast or adding money to your wallet. He opens the right page and points at what to press. You press it yourself: Sparky never clicks anything for you.

  1. Open the list

    Click Help, then Show me how to.... A short list of tasks opens.

  2. Pick a task

    Type a word in the search box, for example broadcast, or scroll the list, and click the task.

  3. Follow Sparky

    Sparky opens the page and points at the part to press. The bubble says Step 1 of 3 and so on. Use Next and Back to move, Done on the last step, or Close to stop at any time.

The bubble has the same English | हिंदी switch as the tour.

If the part Sparky looks for is not on your screen, for example because your plan does not have it yet, the bubble says I can't find this on your screen. Maya can help. Click Ask Maya and Maya answers your question in the chat.

The list shows only the tasks you can do. Connecting WhatsApp, money, plans, your team and deleting the account are for the account owner, and tasks for a feature your account does not have are left out.

These are the tasks Sparky can show you:

  • Messages and contacts: connect your WhatsApp number, create a template, send a broadcast, schedule a broadcast, import contacts, add tags, create a segment, assign a chat, save canned replies, upload to the media library
  • Automation and growth: create a WhatsApp form, create a chatbot or AI agent, set up Meta AI, create a drip campaign, make a WhatsApp QR code, connect Instagram, run Click-to-WhatsApp ads, connect an integration, get your API key, see your analytics
  • Your account: add a teammate, add money to your wallet, find your invoices, change your plan, cancel your plan, turn on autopay (accounts that pay in rupees), buy add-ons, raise a support ticket, delete your account

Show me from Maya

When you ask Maya how to do something and one of these tasks fits, a Show me button with Sparky appears under her answer. Click it and Sparky walks you through it. On a phone, Maya's chat closes first so you can see the page.

Your next setup step

While your account is new, the account owner sees a small Sparky card in the corner of the Dashboard with the next thing to set up, for example Next step: Create a template. The steps come in this order, and a step you have already done is skipped:

  1. Connect your WhatsApp number
  2. Create a template
  3. Import contacts
  4. Send a broadcast
  5. Add a teammate

Click Show me and Sparky shows you how. Click Later to hide the card for a day. The card does not show while a tour, a window or Maya's chat is open, and it goes away once every step is done.
