Maya, your help assistant

Maya is the assistant inside Splashify Pro. Ask her anything about the app in plain words, in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and she answers from our help guides and from your own account.

Open Maya

Click Help at the top of the app, then Chat with Maya. Type your question and press Enter. Maya keeps your chat on this device, so it is still there when you come back. To start again, click the round arrow at the top of the chat.

Answers from the help guides

When you ask how to do something, Maya looks it up in these help guides and answers in a few short sentences. Under her answer you see up to three cards that say Read the guide. Click one to open the full guide in a new tab, with every step and picture.

If a guide does not cover your question, Maya says so and offers to get our team involved.

Show me

For many tasks in the app, such as sending a broadcast or importing contacts, Maya's answer has a Show me button with Sparky under it. Click it and Sparky opens the right page and points at what to press, one step at a time. You press each button yourself. On a phone, Maya's chat closes first so you can see the page. See Show me how to do something for how the steps work.

Help writing a template

Ask Maya for a WhatsApp template, for example "a message to tell customers their order has shipped". She asks for anything she needs, such as the language, the offer or the buttons, picks the right category and writes a draft.

The draft shows up as a card that looks like the message on a phone. Words in blue are sample values: each customer gets their own. If something would likely be turned down, the card lists it, and you can ask Maya to fix it.

  1. Check the draft

Read the message, the name, the category and the language on the card.

  2. Send it for review, or change it first

Click Submit for review to send it as it is, or Edit in template maker to open it in the template form with everything filled in.

  3. Wait for the review

The template is now in review. Most templates are approved within 24 hours. You can see its status on the Templates page.

Maya never sends a template by herself. Nothing is sent until you click a button.

Send a screenshot

If something on screen is not clear, show it to Maya. Click the paperclip in the chat box, paste a picture with Ctrl + V (Cmd + V on a Mac), or drag it onto the chat. You can add up to 2 pictures to one message. Maya reads them and answers about what they show.

Raise a support ticket

When Maya cannot fix a problem herself, she offers to raise a ticket for our team. You see a card with the subject and the words our team will read. Change the words if you like, then click Raise ticket, or Not now to leave it.

Maya never raises a ticket on her own. The ticket is a normal support ticket and costs nothing. Our team replies on the Support page, where View ticket takes you.

Which plan suits you

Ask "Which plan suits me?" and Maya looks at how you use the app, then suggests a plan with two or three reasons. The card shows the plan's price. Click See plans to compare and choose. Maya never buys or changes a plan for you.

Help on the page you are on

Maya knows which page you are on, and the last error messages the page showed you. Ask "Help with this page" and she explains what went wrong and what to do.

If the same error shows twice in a short time, Sparky offers help in the corner: Stuck? Maya can help with this page. Click Ask Maya and she starts with that page and its error, or No thanks to carry on. This offer comes at most once per page.

What Maya can and cannot do

Maya answers questions, writes drafts and offers tickets. She cannot refund money, change your plan, add money to your wallet or approve templates. For those, she offers a ticket for our team.

What it costs

Each answer uses a little of your wallet balance. See AI prices for the rate. Raising a ticket is free.
