Business verification documents: India

Meta asks for one official document that shows your exact business name. Send one of these.

GST certificate: The legal or trade name on it must match your business name on Meta.
Udyam (MSME) registration certificate
Certificate of Incorporation: For a company or an LLP.
Shop and Establishment certificate: From your state or city office.
PAN card of the business: In the business name, not a person's name.
Other document: Any official paper from the government that shows your exact business name (for example a municipal license or a tax letter).

Tip: Use the Aadhaar card of a director listed on your GST document.

The business name on your document must match your business name on Meta exactly.
Have a working website on your own domain that shows the same business name.
Upload a full, clear scan or photo: all four corners, easy to read and not expired.
