Business verification documents: UAE and Saudi Arabia

Meta asks for one official document that shows your exact business name. Send one of these.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Trade license: From your emirate's economic department or your free zone.
• Certificate of formation or incorporation
• VAT registration certificate: From the Federal Tax Authority.
• Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
• Other document: Any official paper from the government that shows your exact business name (for example a municipal license or a tax letter).

Tip: A free zone company can use the license from its free zone authority.

Saudi Arabia (KSA)

• Commercial Registration (CR) certificate: From the Ministry of Commerce.
• VAT registration certificate: From the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
• Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
• Other document: Any official paper from the government that shows your exact business name (for example a municipal license or a tax letter).

Before you send a document

• The business name on your document must match your business name on Meta exactly.
• Have a working website on your own domain that shows the same business name.
• Upload a full, clear scan or photo: all four corners, easy to read and not expired.
